We're looking for a caring and reliable Support Worker to join our team in the Normanhurst, Turramurra, Pymble and Hornsby area, supporting older people through a mix of personal care, domestic assistance, and social support.
n
This is a great chance for someone looking for consistent hours (approx. ***** hours per week) across Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

About the Role
n
This role focuses on supporting older people to remain living safely and independently at home while staying connected to their community.
n
Your day may include:
n
n
Providing personal care including showering, dressing, and hygiene support
n
Assisting with domestic assistance such as light cleaning, laundry,



and basic household tasks
n
Providing social support including companionship and community access
n
Supporting clients to attend appointments or activities
n
Building genuine, respectful relationships with clients
n
n
What You Bring
n
n
A genuine passion for supporting older people
n
A caring, respectful, and reliable approach
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Experience in personal care
n
Willingness to support or learn domestic assistance tasks
n
Ability to work independently in the community
n
Current NSW Driver's Licence and suitable vehicle
n
Experience providing personal care
n
Current First Aid & CPR
n
National Police Check & Working with Children Check
n
Proof of working rights in Australia
n
n
Desirable (but not essential)
n
n
Qualification in Aged Care or Community Services (Cert III or above)
n
Experience across PC, DA and social support roles
n
