Austwel Building Materials is a fast-growing building construction materials company focusing on Aluminum Windows and Doors for commercial and residential use. We are constantly looking for talented future leaders to help better our business.

As a full-time Junior Production Supervisor, you will be trained to manage the day-to-day operations of our production floor, ensuring the effective and effective delivery of our products and services.
n
This position is based in Cabramatta NSW.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n

Understand manufacturing process of the product
n
Support daily production operations and supervise production staff
n
Assist with production planning, scheduling, and meeting daily targets
n
Provide guidance and on-the-job support to production team members
n
Assist with training and onboarding of new staff
n
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n




Bilingual in Chinese and English
n
No experiences required , but preferably in the construction and manufacturing industry
n
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles
n
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and critical thinking skills
n
Exceptional communication, leadership and people management skills
n
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
n
