What you will be doing
n
OurSupport Workersput heart into everything they do. You'll spend your days visiting people in their homes in and around the following suburbs: Moggill, Kenmore, St Lucia, Enoggera and Mitchelton. No two days look the same, but each one makes a difference.
n
You'll help with:
n
n
Delivering care that's tailored to each person's needs and Care Plan
n
Personal care, mobility support, and medication reminders
n
Preparing meals and supporting valuable nutrition
n
Providing respite - whether it's at home or out and about
n
Lending a hand with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, bed making, and shopping
n
Offering social support that keeps people connected to what (and who) matters most
n
n
For this role, you will be required to use your own reliable vehicle to travel to customer homes and help transport the people we support in the community.
n
This is a permanent part‐time position offering 52 hours per fortnight, with set working days ofTuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8:00am-3:00pm.

Have experience in aged care, disability support, or community work - a Certificate III is great, but heart and know-how matter just as much

Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence and have a reliable vehicle
n
Have (or are happy to get) First Aid, CPR, and a National Criminal History Check
n
