Availability to work 8am-6pm on Thursdays

Previous experience in a dental reception role

The ability to interact with both patients and colleagues in a welcoming and friendly manner
n
Strong organisational skills for managing patient records and appointment bookings

Confidence in handling a range of administrative tasks, including billing, phone enquiries, and patient support
