We are seeking a motivatedSales Administrator to join our Smithfield office on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with previous administration or sales support experience who is looking to develop their career within a growing national company.
Key Responsibilities
Processing customer orders, data entry and invoicing accurately and efficiently
Managing customer phone calls and emails, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
Providing administrative and day-to-day support to the sales team
Assisting with quotations, pricing and sales documentation
Coordinating customer orders and delivery requirements with warehouse, transport and internal teams
Monitoring order progress and providing customers with updates on delivery timeframes and availability
Maintaining accurate customer, pricing and product records in ERP/CRM and other business systems




Preparing reports and maintaining sales documentation and records
Managing filing, correspondence and general administration
Assisting with other office and sales operations as required
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in administration, sales support, customer service or a similar role
Experience in order processing, invoicing or sales administration
Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
Experience using ERP, CRM or other business systems
Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Customer-focused with a commitment to providing excellent service
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
