Location: Canberra, ACT; Sydney, NSW; Brisbane, QLD; Hobart, TAS; or Coffs Harbour, NSW

Contract: Labour-hire contract to June ****, with possible extension options available for the right candidate, pending budget decisions as always
n
Pay: $120 to $140 p/h including super (negotiable)
n
Work type: Full time
n
Work arrangement: Hybrid, with specific arrangements agreed with your supervisor on a case-by-case basis
n
Clearance: Must hold a current Baseline clearance or above
n
About the Role
n
This APS6 role supports a major Federal Government digital transformation with an important health and service-delivery focus. You will plan and deliver change activities, assess readiness and stakeholder impacts, and help managers and staff understand what change means for their day-to-day work. You will also coach stakeholders, coordinate change across teams and give leaders clear visibility of progress, risks and issues.

Plan, implement and evaluate change activities supporting business transformation
n
Help managers and staff understand change and how it affects their roles
n
Provide specialist advice on change methodologies, processes and best practice
n
Educate and coach staff and stakeholders through transformation
n
Apply practical change management principles,



tools and techniques
n
Assess change readiness and stakeholder impacts
n
Research issues and provide recommendations, solutions and advice
n
Improve people-centred change capability
n
Coordinate change activity across teams and identify cross-overs and risks
n
Prepare reports, executive briefs, corporate documentation and ministerial correspondence
n

You've planned and delivered change activities supporting business transformation
n
You can apply established change methodologies, processes, tools and techniques
n
You've assessed change readiness and stakeholder impacts and recommended practical responses
n
You've coached managers, staff or stakeholders through significant change
n
You can coordinate change across teams and keep track of dependencies and risks
n
You write clear reports, executive briefs and governance material for senior stakeholders
n
You're an Australian citizen
n
You must hold a current Baseline clearance or above
n

Nice to Have (Desirable Criteria)
n
n
Strong demonstrated change management experience
n
Prosci or similar change management qualifications
n
Digital health, interoperability or government ICT experience
n
Project governance, reporting and assurance experience
