Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities
n

Design, manage, and maintain spatial databases and ensure data integrity and accuracy across projects.
n
Conduct advanced geoprocessing and spatial modeling using QGIS and integrate results into actionable insights.
n
Develop, customize, and maintain QGIS plugins and extensions tailored to project specifications.
n
Automate geospatial analysis workflows using Python (PyQGIS) to improve efficiency and reproducibility.
n
Prepare high-quality cartographic maps and visualizations for reports, presentations, and decision support.
n
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to understand requirements and transform them into geospatial solutions.
n
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal form to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills And Qualifications
n
n
Expertise in QGIS, including spatial database management, geoprocessing, and map production.
n
Strong proficiency in Python, with hands‐on experience automating tasks within QGIS (PyQGIS).
n
Thorough understanding of spatial projections, coordinate systems, and data transformation.
n
Proven ability to customize QGIS through plugin development or scripting.
n
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
n
Demonstrated ability to produce qualified cartographic outputs tailored to various decision‐making contexts.
n
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple project priorities.
n

Preferred Qualifications
n
n
Experience working in remote or distributed teams supporting external customers.
n
Familiarity with additional open‐source GIS tools or cloud‐based geospatial platforms.
n
Background in spatial analysis within industries such as environmental science, urban planning, or resource management.
