Job Description
Reo Group in Adelaide is seeking a customer-focused collections specialist to manage outstanding accounts across Homecare and NDIS portfolios. You will engage with clients and stakeholders by phone, email, and written correspondence to resolve balances, while keeping detailed records and negotiating payment arrangements within your delegated authority.

The role requires 2–3 years in debt collection or AR, with robust negotiation and relationship-building skills.
