We're looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join a government agency on a short-term contract, providing Level 2 support across key corporate business applications.
n
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring applications remain reliable, secure and effective, while delivering a high standard of service to users.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
n
Manage user access, permissions and application support requests
n
Monitor system performance and identify potential issues
n
Maintain accurate technical documentation and support procedures
n




Support application enhancements, changes and improvements
n
Provide responsive, high-quality customer service in line with agreed SLAs
n
n
Applications:

You'll provide support across a range of corporate applications, including:
n
n
SAP
n
CRM
n
eQMS
n
DocuSign
n
SharePoint
n
Other business-critical applications as required
n
n
