The Project – SOL APARTMENTS, MAROOCHYDORE
n
SOL Apartments is one of the first major residential developments within the Maroochydore City Centre and forms part of the broader transformation of the emerging CBD.




n
Delivered for Walker, the project comprises two multi-storey residential towers above a podium structure, incorporating residential apartments, podium car parking, activated ground-floor spaces, integrated landscaping and premium resident amenities.
n
As Structures Foreman, you will join an established project team and gain valuable exposure to:
n

High-rise residential construction.
n
Tower structure cycle delivery.
n
Jumpform and core construction works.
n
Formwork, reinforcement, and concrete operations.
n
Precast installation and façade interfaces.
n
Crane coordination and complex site logistics.
n
Safety, quality, and subcontractor management.
n
n

The Role
n
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in driving the delivery of the tower structure works and maintaining programme momentum.
n
Your primary focus will be the coordination and supervision of structural trades, including formwork, reinforcement, concrete, precast and jumpform-related activities.
n
You will provide strong day-to-day leadership on site, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Coordinate day-to-day structural works across the project.
n
Drive short-term planning and daily sequencing of structure activities.
n
Manage and coordinate formwork, reinforcement, concrete, precast and associated subcontractors.
n
Work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, Engineers, WHS team and consultants.
n
Coordinate crane operations, material deliveries, access requirements, and structural logistics.
n
Monitor programme milestones and proactively identify and resolve potential delays.
n
Assist with quality inspections, ITPs, consultant inspections, and close-out activities.
n
Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and Paynter Dixon standards.
n




Maintain robust communication with subcontractors and the broader project team.
n
Support implementation of safety systems, SWMS requirements, and site coordination processes.
n

To be successful
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
n
Previous experience as a Structures Foreman on multi-storey residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
n
Strong knowledge of formwork, reinforcement, concrete placement, and vertical structure delivery.
n
Experience working on high-rise or tower cycle construction projects.
n
Jumpform and core construction experience highly regarded.
n
Exposure to precast installation and coordination.
n
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and construction documentation.
n
Strong understanding of quality management, inspections, ITPs, and compliance requirements.
n
Experience coordinating cranes, materials handling, site access, and construction logistics.
n
Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and drive productivity outcomes.
n
