About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and talented chef who wants to join a team that priorities diversity, inclusion in a professional and fun working environment.
Some of the responsibilities include
Assist in food preparation, cooking and presentation of food items, following hotel's recipes and standards
Take responsibility for your specific section of the kitchen, managing the daily operations and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste and presentation.
Contribute to the creation and development of new dishes and menus, bringing innovative ideas and suggestions to the culinary team.
Some of the responsibilities include
Assisting in preparation of ingredients
Follow recipes and ensure consistency in food preparation for large-scale banquet events.
To maintain the assigned station / section in a clean and orderly manner at all times.
Cook and assemble dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.
A successful candidate will have
Recent experience in a la carte dining, preferably in hotels or fine dining.
Robust culinary skills,



with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a passion for food.
Qualification in Kitchen Production
Demonstrated in-depth skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced customer service environment
A successful candidate will have
Minimum 1 years work experience
Experience in luxury international brands, highly regarded
Qualification in Commercial Cookery
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
