As a Cadet Site Engineer, you will gain hands-on experience supporting Project Engineers in delivering civil construction projects. You'll be involved in every stage of the construction lifecycle, from planning and procurement to site supervision and quality assurance.

Key responsibilities

Assist in the coordination of on-site construction activities
n
Support Project Engineers in monitoring progress, costs, and timelines
n
Interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
n
Conduct site safety inspections and quality control checks
n
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
n
Help prepare project reports and documentation
n
About you
n




Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering (or similar)
n
Construction White Card
n
A keen interest in construction and infrastructure
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
Robust work ethic and a willingness to learn
n
Basic understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications
n
Current driver's licence (essential)
n
