The Role

Work in a high performance team environment to ensure the organisations most important transformation initiatives deliver measurable and sustainable value.

Specifically, This Includes:

Partner with the business to identify and quantify value opportunities
n
Own the end to end transformation framework, driving consistency and transparency
n
Provide insights on risks and opportunities
n
Lead continuous improvement on the programs tracking tools and reporting processes
n
Develop KPI's, targets and performance measures
n
Reporting and forecasting to ELT
n
n
The Person
n
n
Degree in finance, economics or related discipline
n
5 + years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A;, business performance or consulting
n
Prior experience supporting transformation or business improvement initiatives
n
solid analytical skills
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement experience
