MYOB Accounts & Administration – Part Time

Experienced accounts and administration person

8 hours per week | Bundall, Gold Coast

MINIMUM 5 YEARS' MYOB EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
n
We are looking for an experienced accounts and administration person to join our small team for approximately 8 hours per week.
n
This is a straightforward, hands‐on role suited to someone who is proactive, well organised and able to work independently.

The Role
n
n
Entering and processing customer orders
n
Creating invoices and receipting payments in MYOB
n
Entering supplier invoices and expenses
n
Processing weekly payments
n
Maintaining basic Excel sales and accounts spreadsheets
n
Processing Australian and New Zealand online orders
n
Liaising with our New Zealand warehouse regarding orders and stock
n
Monthly stock reconciliation
n
General accounts and administration duties as required
n

What We're Looking For
n

MYOB experience - Minimum 5 years' hands‐on
n
Previous accounts and administration experience
n
Good Excel skills
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
Proactive and well organised
n
Reliable and able to work independently
n
Shopify experience would be helpful but isn't essential
n

Hours & Location
n
Approximately 8 hours per week, based at our office in Bundall, Gold Coast.
n
There is some flexibility around how the hours are structured, which can be discussed with the successful applicant.
