We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals living with disability, helping them achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life.

Support Worker – Casual

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Assist clients with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
n
Provide emotional support and companionship
n
Support clients with community access, appointments, and social activities
n
Transport participants to appointments, programs, and community activities
n
Administer medication where required
n
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
n
Follow individual support plans and ensure client safety and wellbeing at all times
n

About You
n

Caring, patient, and respectful attitude
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n




Reliable vehicle and current driver's licence are essential due to participant transportation requirements
n
Adaptable availability including weekends and evenings (preferred)
n
n
Essential Requirements
n
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Able to push about 100kg participant
n
Working With Children Check (if applicable)
n
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
n
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or related field (preferred)
n
Previous experience in disability support or community care is highly regarded
n
Drivers license
n
Vehicle with minimum 3rd party insurance
n
Medication Administration Certificate
n
