About the Role

Support the delivery of real estate and infrastructure advisory projects
n
Contribute to feasibility studies, financial modelling and business cases
n
Undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform client outcomes
n
Assist in preparing high-quality reports, presentations and client deliverables
n
Conduct market and industry research
n
Support proposals, submissions and project administration
n
Collaborate with experienced consultants across multiple projects
n

About You
n
n
Tertiary qualification in property, economics, finance, planning, engineering, commerce or a related discipline
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
n




Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
A genuine interest in real estate and infrastructure
n
Previous experience in consulting, real estate, infrastructure or professional services is advantageous, but not essential
