This is ahands-on, quick-paced role, and the team is currently under the pump – so we're looking for someone who's ready to jump in,take ownership, and be a strong team player.

What's in it for you?
n Salary:$78,000 – $82,000 + Super, depending on experience
n Location: Parramatta, Sydney
n Hybrid Work arrangement- 3 days in office, 2 days from home
n
Main responsibilities include:
n
n
Guide brokers and stakeholders through the claims process, explaining requirements and steps.
n
Assist clients in preparing necessary documents to support their claims.
n
Facilitate effective communication to expedite the claims process.
n
Provide prompt attention to all claims from initial contact to settlement.
n




Investigate claims to assess their validity, gather evidence, and collaborate with involved parties.
n
Negotiate with insurance companies to secure fair settlements for clients.
n
Advocate for policyholders' rights to ensure they receive the benefits they are entitled to.
n
Manage claim-related documentation and maintain accurate claim file notes.
n
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth claim processes.
n
Participate in projects to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
n

We're ideally seeking someone with:
n
End-to-end claims management experience
n
Preferably a background inmotorinsurance
n
Comfortable handling a portfolio of approx.250 claims
n
Broker-facing experience is a bonus
n
Open to strong candidates from other lines of insurance
n
Excellent communication and empathy – you're a people person
