As the Senior Property Manager, you will oversee a well-maintained, moderately sized portfolio with all duties handled in-house. This role is heavily focused on relationship management, as routine inspections and entry/exit processes are managed by a dedicated support team.

The Role:

No routines or entry and exits or leasing to do — all routine tasks handled internally
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
Manage a clean, capped portfolio to ensure quality service and work/life balance
n
Work within a supportive, friendly, and collaborative team environment
