About the Role
n
As a Service Technician, you'll work across the servicing, repair, maintenance and continuous improvement of Bruder RV products.
n
No two days are the same. You'll use your existing diagnostic, mechanical and electrical skills while developing your knowledge across a unique range of systems, components and technologies.
n
Your day-to-day work may include:
n
n
Diagnosing and fault-finding mechanical,



electrical and general product issues
n
Carrying out servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance
n
Completing warranty and rectification work
n
Installing, adjusting and repairing a wide range of components and systems
n
Working with mechanical, electrical, 12V and accessory systems
n
Using hand and power tools to complete quality workmanship
n
Carrying out inspections and quality checks on completed work
n
Recording service work, repairs and parts used
n
Working closely with our Service and Production teams
n
Identifying issues and contributing to practical solutions and improvements
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands and learning how things work.
n
You may currently be working as an automotive mechanic, auto electrician, technician, tradesperson or in another hands-on technical role and be ready for a new challenge.
n
Ideally, you'll have:
n
n
A background in automotive, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, maintenance or another relevant hands-on trade
n
Strong diagnostic, fault-finding and repair skills
n
Confidence using hand and power tools
n
A practical,



can-do approach to problem solving
n
Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
n
The ability to work independently while contributing to a team
n
Good communication skills
n
A current Australian C Class driver licence
n
n
Experience with 12V electrical systems, accessories, fabrication, sealing, cabinetry, mechanical systems or automotive servicingwill be highly regarded — but we're also interested in people with strong core trade skills who are keen to expand their knowledge.
