We're looking for two Casual Delivery Drivers to join our Queensland fleet out of Helensvale, both with a genuine pathway to full-time.

We're looking for two Casual Delivery Drivers to join our Queensland fleet out of Helensvale, both with a genuine pathway to full-time.

The Role
n
You'll run a daily route out of our Helensvale office, delivering chilled, frozen and ambient freight to businesses and residential customers. Depending on the run, you'll be in a refrigerated ute, van, or 3-pallet truck — all under 4.5t GVM, so a standard car licence is all you need.
n
It's an early start, it's physical, and the standard is high — but the runs are consistent and the team is solid.

Two Positions Available
n
We're filling two casual roles with different rosters:
n

Role 1 — approximately 4 days per week
n
Role 2 — approximately 2 days per week
n
n

What You'll Be Doing
n
n




Delivering and picking up consignments across your allocated run
n
Loading and restraining your vehicle each morning
n
Maintaining product within its specified temperature range for the full run
n
Completing pre-start vehicle safety checks
n
Recording deliveries accurately through the Cool Couriers TMS app
n
Building and holding strong relationships with regular customers
n
Delivering freight damage‐free, first time
n

What You'll Need
n
n
Current car (C class) licence and a clean driving record
n
Comfortable driving a 3-pallet truck as well as a ute or van — full training provided if you haven't driven one before
n
Comfortable with repeated manual handling — cartons up to 20kg, approximately ***** drops per day
n
Available for early morning starts
n
Strong customer service instincts; you're the face of the business at every stop
n
Ability to work to a schedule without cutting corners on safety
n
Confidence using a smartphone app for daily tasks
n
n
Refrigerated freight experience is a plus but not essential — we'll train the right person.
