We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional for the position of Account Manager, to help us grow and retain our valued customers.
n
The primary objective of this role is to retain and grow our customer base by providing solutions that address business needs. You will be selling Enterprise Mobility Solutions, IoT, Vehicle/Asset Tracking, SD-WAN, Security, Managed Networks and other technologies that enable business outcomes.

What you'll be doing
n
Actively manage and GROW a portfolio of business customers in Queensland
n
Support and maintain robust relationships with current and future customers
n
Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth through expansion of product holdings
n
Collaborate with internal pre-sales teams to deliver tailored solutions and strategies to win in market
n
Development of account plans and sales strategies to achieve set targets
n
Growing and sufficient maintaining sales pipeline
n
Regular training to develop your skills and knowledge
n
What we're looking for

Proven track record in B2B solution selling in telecommunications or technology industry
n
Strong relationship-building and customer focus with the ability to understand and address business needs
n
Negotiation skills, both written and verbal
n
Demonstrated success achieving sales targets
n
Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office suite
n
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
n
Desire to continuously learn and develop your skills
