The Role

Lead the delivery of masterplanned community and residential projects
n
Manage projects through all phases of design and documentation
n
Coordinate clients, consultants and project stakeholders
n
Oversee projects, quality and delivery outcomes
n
Mentor and support graduates and junior architects
n
Contribute to team leadership and studio development
n
Help drive project excellence and client satisfaction
n

About You
n

Registered Architect or working towards registration
n
Strong project delivery and consultant coordination skills
n
Experience managing projects from design through construction documentation
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
n
Strong Revit proficiency
n
Passion for mentoring and developing emerging architects
n
Interest in progressing into a leadership role
n
