A well-established, privately-owned civil construction company is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across the Northern Territory. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse civil construction, concrete, and quarrying projects, with a robust focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do:
n

Lead quality control, compliance, and project planning;
n
Manage procurement, subcontractors and resource allocation;
n
Interpret and deliver on complex design specifications;
n
Contribute to tenders through accurate analysis;
n
Build strong relationships with clients and project teams.
n
n
What You'll Bring:
n
n
Civil Engineering degree + proven experience in civil construction;
n
Proven project leadership and quality management skills;
n
Strong planning, problem-solving,



and stakeholder communication;
n
Proficiency with AutoCAD, survey equipment and MS Office.
n
