Take the Lead On-Site

We're on the lookout for a Site Supervisor to join our expanding Roofing Division. If you're an experienced roofer or plumber looking to lead a great team and help deliver quality work you can be proud of, this role could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Be Doing
n
As our Site Supervisor, you'll be the go-to person on-site, coordinating and supervising installations in the Beresfield region to ensure they run safely, smoothly, and to the highest standards.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Supervise and support roofers and subcontractors on-site
n
Conduct pre- and post-installation inspections
n
Perform site measures and manage work schedules
n
Ensure high standards of safety and workmanship
n
Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site
n
Provide technical advice and guidance to teams
n
Manage job documentation and reporting via system apps
n
n




What You'll Bring

You're a hands-on, solutions-focused professional who knows what it takes to lead on a construction site.

You'll ideally bring:
n
n
Proven roofing experience (metal roofing & fascia, guttering)
n
Leadership experience or readiness to step into a supervisory role
n
White Card (General Construction Induction) – or ability to obtain
n
High attention to detail and safety
n
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
Reliable and proactive work ethic
n
