Australia's most reputable charity, RFDS provides 24‐hour emergency, aeromedical and primary health care services to those who live, work and travel in rural and remote Australia.

Serving South Australia and the Northern Territory, the team at RFDS SA/NT exists to support happier and healthier Australians no matter where they live, work or play. We presently operate a total of 26 aircraft: 23 Pilatus PC‐12s, 2 Pilatus PC‐24 Medi‐Jets and 1 C208 Cessna Caravan across our bases in Alice Springs, Adelaide, Darwin and Port Augusta.

With the commencement of the SPARAS fixed‐wing contract in **** we are expanding our RFDS engineering team at Adelaide Airport. We invite expressions of interest from high performing B1 and B2 LAMES who wish to join our RFDS team in ****.

About You

Reliable and responsive with a can‐do attitude.
n
Self‐motivated with substantial organisational and decision‐making capabilities, particularly in high‐pressure/stressful situations.
n
Passionate about abiding to RFDS SA/NT values of care, integrity, collaboration, and innovation!
n
Able to work independently and as part of a multi‐disciplinary team.
n
CASA License/s for type‐rated turbine aircraft appropriate to RFDS CO fleet.
n
Extensive experience in the maintenance of aircraft with a commitment to service delivery.
n

To Your application will be enhanced with:

Well‐developed understanding of rural and remote Australia.

Experience in aircraft scheduling of maintenance requirements.
n
Experience interacting and contributing to a safety management system.
n
Experience working within a quality improvement framework.
