Lead valuations across a diverse range of property asset classes and projects Seeking a Certified Practising Valuer with 5+ years' qualified experience WFH, flexible working hours, and above standard leave entitlements Our client is a national multi-disciplinary consultancy that specialises in expert advice across the property and built workplace, working with a diverse range of corporate, government and private sector clients.
As an Associate Director within the Property team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality valuation advice across a broad range of property asset classes and projects, while contributing to the growth and development of the wider business.
You will manage projects from inception through to completion, providing commercially focused advice and developing strong relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.
Projects may span a range of sectors and asset classes, with exposure to areas including residential, student accommodation, retail, and other complex property projects.
The role will also involve leading and mentoring a team of valuers, supporting their professional development and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
You will work closely with Directors and other business units to identify new opportunities, build client relationships and contribute to broader cross-disciplinary projects.
To be considered:



Certified Practising Valuer registration and relevant tertiary qualifications Minimum 5 years' qualified valuation experience, ideally within a consultancy environment Strong understanding of property markets and valuation methodologies across a range of asset classes Advanced experience preparing cash flows using Estate Master or similar Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop team members Demonstrated track record of building client relationships and generating new business Strong project management skills and commercial acumen Knowledge of town planning, statutory and legal requirements Experience with residential property development is desirable, but not essential Understanding of compulsory acquisition legislation and case law is preferred, but not essential This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior role within a highly regarded national consultancy, with the opportunity to work across a diverse range of property projects, influence business growth and develop a high-performing team.
