Sales, Training Safety Support Darwin NT | Fixed Term contract until ******* | Monday to Friday Synergie Australia is seeking an organised and proactive Sales, Training Safety Support professional to join a well-established business based in Winnellie.
This is a varied position combining WHS and training coordination, internal sales, customer service and administration, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and being involved across different areas of a business.
About the Role Working Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, your responsibilities will include: Coordinating employee and contractor inductions Supporting WHS processes, hazard reporting and incident investigations Conducting scheduled workplace safety inspections Maintaining training records and coordinating training requirements Following up outstanding training and refresher requirements Monitoring the sales inbox and responding to customer enquiries Following up quotes and estimates Assisting walk-in customers and processing orders Liaising with production,



schedulers and site contacts regarding deliveries and priorities Providing general administration and operational support to the branch About You We're looking for someone who is organised, confident and comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities.
You'll ideally have: Experience in administration, WHS, training coordination, internal sales or a similar role Solid customer service and communication skills Good Microsoft Office and general computer skills Strong attention to detail and organisational skills An understanding of workplace safety and hazard identification A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to support the wider team A Certificate IV in Work Health Safety would be highly regarded but is not essential.
