Generous staff discount High impact role $120K + Superannuation + Car Allowance Training Manager Sydney $120K + Superannuation + Car Allowance The opportunity to join a fast-growing, multi-site hospitality business in a high-impact Training Manager role, working directly with the COO and taking ownership of culinary standards, training and capability across a national restaurant network.
This is a seriously hands-on role for someone who loves food, loves developing people and wants to have a genuine impact across an entire business.
The Role: Own the national training capability strategy, building frameworks, programs and pathways that actually work in the restaurant environment.
Be the guardian of food quality, driving consistency across recipes, portioning, cook times, presentation, accuracy and flavour.
Get out from behind the desk - spend the majority of your time in restaurants, coaching teams through live service and demonstrating best practice.
Partner with the COO and senior Operations team to identify capability gaps, lift performance and embed consistent standards across the network.
Lead training and readiness for new restaurant openings, menu launches and major operational initiatives.
Work across both corporate and franchise restaurants, influencing leaders and teams at every level.
Experience Responsibilities: 4+ years' hospitality experience, ideally with a strong chef / culinary background and genuine frontline credibility.
Proven experience across training, capability, L D or multi-site operations, ideally within QSR, hospitality or retail.




Strong understanding of what great kitchens look like - from food quality and execution through to service, safety and operational standards.
A natural coach and influencer, with the confidence to challenge, develop and bring people along with you.
Strong stakeholder skills, comfortable partnering with Restaurant Managers, Area Regional Managers, Franchise Partners and senior leadership.
Experience with LMS platforms, competency frameworks, audits, openings or menu rollouts will be highly regarded.
