We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing complex property portfolios, including financial oversight, tenant liaison, and compliance to assist with this 4 month contract role.
This role is responsible for the overall performance of a prominent A Grade, CBD office tower, ensuring effective communication with the landlord, tenants, and contractors.
You will oversee financial management, reporting, and compliance, while driving operational excellence and supporting team members as needed.
Key Duties Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of commercial, industrial,
