Job Description
We are currently seeking a Warehouse/Project Manager to join a leading Global 3PL organisation, located in Wetherill Park. As the Project Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the entire warehouse facility. To be successful in this position, it'd be an advantage to possess the following:
n
5 years minimum Warehouse Manager Experience.
n
Strong Communication & People Skills.
n
Must be Hands on and Lead by Example.
n
Conflict Resolution Experience.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
Manage warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, goods dispatch, returns management, SAP management, and forklift operation.
n
Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize processes and cost efficiencies, plus mentoring a younger operations team.
n




Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and uphold quality standards.
n
Handle document control, including the development and maintenance of quality management documents.
n
