Inorail are the National distributor for Inoxihp Mining Pumps, SMTScharf rail bound transport/ handling systems specialising in supply and maintenance of longwall pump systems and monorails into the underground coal mining sector.

We are seeking a highly motivatedMechanicalDesign Engineerfor an immediate start to join our dynamic team in Rutherford NSW.

The Position: Mechanical Design Engineerreporting to theEngineering Manager
n
Experience/Knowledge
n
Industry experience in Underground Longwall Coal Mining is highly regarded
n
Conversant with Autodesk Inventor design software
n
Bill of Material population
n
Detail drawings
n
Component identification, selection and source
n
Data Sheet completion
n
Application of International, National and Company Standards
n
Change Management control
n
General Arrangement and Assembly drawings
n
Produce assembly instructions
n
Maintenance drawings and diagrams
n
Design to meet Production Scheduling requirements
n
Calculations for load/stress/fatigue
n
Design Analysis to component level
n
Specification Compliance Documentation
n
Produce As-Built documents for customer approval
n
Have a high attention to detail and well developed problem solving skills
n
Ability to use calibrated measuring equipment to check incoming hardware against drawings
n
