Our client is a longstanding SE QLD owner/developer and we are seeking an individual with previous or current experience in commercial property management and facilities management experience.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial assets, including lease administration, tenant and contractor liaison and a robust focus on maintenance/facilities coordination, contractor management, compliance oversight and reporting.
The successful candidate will be practical, organised, and confident in stakeholder engagement, supporting ongoing improvement of property systems and processes.
Key Duties Responsibilities: Manage tenant relationships and respond to property-related issues Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections,
