About the Role As a Permanent Placement Consultant , you'll be responsible for building strong client relationships, sourcing top talent and making successful placements within your specialist vertical or territory.
You'll become a trusted expert for both clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service while driving revenue and growing your desk.
What You'll Do Develop new business opportunities and generate job orders Source,



assess and manage top-tier candidates Present your most placeable candidates to employers Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact through to successful placement Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a culture of excellence What You Bring 1+ year of B2B sales experience or 3+ years of B2C sales experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills A results-driven mindset and high sense of urgency The ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders A genuine passion for recruitment, sales and helping people succeed Ready to Build Something Outstanding With Us?

Remuneration $55,000 - $75,000 base salary , depending on experience, plus commission .
