cmr has partnered with a leading regional health service to engage an experienced Mental Health Clinician for the following, full-time permanent prospect based in in the Portland area.
Working in the adult community mental health team, this role is best suited to a Social Worker, Psychologist, RN, or Counsellor with strong public mental health experience, particularly in community settings.
Key duties: Completing mental health assessments.
Managing a community caseload.
Provide recovery oriented care.
Deliver outreach support.
Work collaberatibley with an multidiciplinary team.
