FINDMEA is currently seeking experienced Order Pickers to join a busy distribution centre at Moorabbin Airport.

Your responsibilities will include: Picking and preparing orders for despatch Operating a ride-on Tugger Manual handling and moving stock Working towards daily KPI and productivity targets Ensuring orders are picked accurately and efficiently Maintaining a safe and organised work environment Working collaboratively with the wider warehouse team About You We're looking for reliable and physically fit candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
To be successful,



you will have: Previous warehouse/order picking experience Experience operating a ride-on Tugger Good attention to detail Ability to work efficiently to KPI targets Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling A strong commitment to workplace safety Reliable transport to Moorabbin Airport Flexibility to work overtime when required Excellent attendance and punctuality A positive, team-focused attitude Please note: While this is a casual position, we are looking for candidates who can commit to the ongoing roster.
A proven track record of reliable attendance and punctuality is essential.
