They're after a Site Supervisor who can take a job, a crew and a set of drawings, and make it happen.
About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to run one site at a time and own everything that happens on it — the crew, the plant, the weekly program, and the quality that gets handed over.
Some of your responsibilities will include: Planning and running the daily works — crew, plant, materials and set-out Running prestarts and toolbox talks, and keeping safety systems current Managing quality on the ground — ITPs, hold points and conformance Coordinating subcontractors — traffic control, kerbing, asphalt and fencing Keeping paperwork straight — diaries, plant hours, dockets and variations About You The successful candidate will have:



A current Queensland driver's licence and Construction White Card Solid supervisory experience on civil sites with a contractor Subdivision experience — earthworks, drainage, kerb and channel, roadworks TMR project experience — MRTS specifications, ITPs and lot conformance Genuine safety leadership and hands-on plant capability when needed Highly regarded: HR licence, machine tickets, first aid or traffic control awareness Trade background — plant operator, pipelayer or roadworks Service station construction — tank pits, footings and forecourt slabs Remote, island or wet-season project experience What's in it for You?
