Apollonia – A moody, history-rich Sicilian bar with big negronis, bold cocktails, and a lot of heart.
Grana – Our Italian restaurant, serving fresh, high-quality produce with simple, delicious drinks and warm hospitality, from lunch until late.
Lana – A one-hatted dining experience by Executive Chef Alex Wong, blending European and Asian flavours with modern elegance.
The Role – Bartender
We're looking for an experienced bartender who loves creating memorable moments and crafting exceptional cocktails.
