We are looking for an exceptional Aluminium Welder / Fabricator who has the technical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and creativity to transform ideas into high-quality aluminium products.

We believe the best roles combine variety with consistency. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of aluminium fabrication projects while developing your welding and fabrication skills and building confidence in our processes.

Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings
n
Measuring, cutting, preparing,



and fabricating aluminium components
n
TIG welding aluminium to a high standard
n
MIG welding aluminium where required
n
Producing clean, accurate, and visually appealing welds
n
Fabricating new and customised aluminium products
n
Problem-solving welding and fabrication challenges
n
Maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail
n
Contributing ideas and improvements during team discussions
n
n
What You'll Need
n
n
A relevant Trade Certificate in Boilermaking, Fabrication, Welding, or a related trade
n
Proven experience welding and fabricating aluminium
n
Strong TIG welding skills and experience with aluminium
n
MIG welding experience, preferably with aluminium
n
The ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
n
Good understanding of aluminium preparation, fit-up, distortion, and welding techniques
n
Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
n
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
n
A strong work ethic and reliable attitude
n
A current driver's licence or reliable transport to our Brendale workshop
n
n
Working Hours
n
Monday to Thursday: 5:30am – 2:00pm
n Friday: 5:30am – 11:30am
n
