Hotel Esplanade (The Espy) is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to take ownership of our front-of-house food and service operations across multiple spaces within the venue.With our current Restaurant Manager moving into a Head Office role, we're looking for a strong hospitality leader who can continue developing our teams, elevate service standards and bring a genuine focus to the food and dining experience across The Espy.The roleYou'll oversee the operations of Mya Tiger, Louey's, Espy Kitchen, Ghost Bar and the Green Room, working closely with the Venue Manager and broader leadership team.You'll be responsible for:Leading FOH food, beverage and service operations across multiple outletsRostering, training, coaching and developing the teamDeveloping and embedding strong sequences of serviceDriving consistently high service and guest experience standardsWorking closely with the Venue Manager on large-scale eventsDeveloping and executing concepts that drive revenue and venue performanceFinancial oversight and cost control across your areas of responsibilityBuilding strong,
