About the role
You'll work as a Business Administration Trainee alongside an experienced team, receiving hands‐on training and working towards your Certificate III in Business Administration.
You'll learn how a busy organisation operates while supporting the team with day‐to‐day administration and customer service.
Key responsibilities
Day-to-day administration
Customer enquiries by phone, email and in person
Documents, correspondence and reports
Maintaining accurate records
Appointments and office coordination
Systems and processes
Finding smarter and more efficient ways of doing things
