About the Role: We're seeking an experiencedBusiness Development Representative to join our team. Responsible for driving revenue growth across the Newcastle region through proactive new business development, account management, and relationship building. The role works closely with a Sydney-based Sales Manager and sales support team to deliver modular hire solutions that meet customer project requirements and contribute to Ausco's continued growth. Key Duties:

Proactively grow B2B sales through new business development and existing client account management
n
Maintain strong partnerships with local contractors, builders, and commercial customers
n
Manage hire projects end‐to‐end, ensuring smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
n
Identify market opportunities and local growth potential
n
Work independently while collaborating with off‐site leadership and support teams

About You

If you're driven by building strong client relationships, adaptable in a fast-paced, project-based workplace, and naturally solutions-focused, we'd love to hear from you. You will need:

Proven B2B sales experience
n
Experience in modular buildings, construction, infrastructure, hire, or related industries highly regarded
n
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
n
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with a Sydney-based support team
n
Proficient with CRM systems and digital sales tools
n
Resilient, self-motivated, and confident managing rejection and challenges
n
Proactive, accountable, and able to make sound decisions independently
