Job Description
Sharp and Carter is seeking a commercially minded operations leader to take full ownership of a Western Sydney manufacturing site. You will report to the Managing Director and join the leadership team, steering an integrated Production, Warehouse & Logistics and Procurement function.

You will lead 30 of 60 staff, build a explicit strategy, drive productivity, automation and AI, oversee global procurement, upgrade ERP usage and optimise workforce planning.
