3Bridges Community seeks an experienced and adaptable Multi-Site Lead (OSHC) to join our Out of School Hours Care leadership team.
This role centers on a primary home OSHC service with Penshurst Community Centre as the administration base, and also functions as a floating lead across Sydney OSHC services.
The successful candidate will provide leadership, mentoring and hands-on support, stepping into ratio when required, and driving quality improvement, safety, and service delivery across
