We're looking for a Client Administrator to join our team and provide essential support to our Maxxia Sales team.
n

This is a varied role where you'll combine sales support, stakeholder communication, and database coordination. You'll work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service team to help deliver a great experience for our clients and their employees.
n

You'll play an significant role in keeping our teams organised, informed and connected with their clients. Your responsibilities will include:
n
Supporting client relationships by helping Sales Executives stay organised and prepared.
n
Maintaining accurate client information across portfolios and territories, including employer contacts, workforce/FTE information and other key data
n
Keeping our database up to date, ensuring employer interactions, communications and contact information are recorded accurately.
n
Coordinating inductions and orientations, including scheduling sessions and preparing the required materials and packs.
n
Supporting client communications and campaigns, working with our Marketing and other internal teams to deliver social posts, digital assets and other communications
n
Working with internal teams across Marketing, Customer Relations and Sales to support client engagement
n
Building positive relationships with our cleints, helping ensure they receive responsive, professional and high-quality information and education when they need it
n
To be considered for this role you will have:

Experience working with databases
n
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team while also taking ownership of your own work.
