This role has a strong stakeholder engagement and change management focus, working closely with business areas to communicate the improvement of compliance, awareness, and organisational capability.
n
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on the communication of record management and risk management.
n
Collaborating on the development and continuous improvement of records and information management strategies and frameworks.
n
Partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to uplift and deliver the change communications of recordkeeping capability and promote compliance obligations.
n
Leading stakeholder engagement and advisory activities to ensure information governance obligations are effectively communicated and integrated into organisational change initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to drive behavioural and cultural change.
n
Well-developed written communication, reporting and presentation skills.
n
Experience coordinating projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Knowledge of records and information management legislation.
n
Previous Commonwealth Government experience will be highly regarded.
n
