Our client is one of the largest manufacturing companies globally, supplying and supporting equipment across mining, construction and industrial sectors. As the finance team grows, they're after an Senior Accountant to lead a team and keep reporting and compliance sharp across a large, multi-site operation.

The role

Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals
n
Own month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting
n
Review reconciliations and journals for accuracy
n
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory obligations
n
Support budgeting, forecasting and process improvement across the finance function
n
n
About you:
n
n
CA or CPA qualified
n
Solid experience in a senior accounting, finance or supervisory role
n
Robust grasp of financial reporting and compliance requirements
n
Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team
n
Experience in a large or multi-site organisation highly regarded
n
