About the Opportunity
n
A permanent full‐time Food & Beverage Supervisor opportunity is available within the Bistro Team at RACV City Club.
n Reporting to the Food & Beverage Management team, this role is responsible for the day‐to‐day leadership and smooth operation of the Bistro, overseeing a team of Food & Beverage Attendants to ensure a consistently high standard of service for members and guests.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead and supervise dailyFood & Beverage operationswithin the Bistro
n
Oversee and support Food & Beverage Attendants to ensure service standards are consistently met
n
Act as akey operational point of contactfor members, guests and internal stakeholders
n
Coordinate staffing, service flow and daily priorities to ensure smooth operations
n
Lead by example, fostering a positive, professional and engaged team culture
n
Support training, coaching and development of team members
n
Ensure compliance with service standards,



policies and procedures
n

What you'll need to be successful
n
n
Previous experience in aFood & Beverage Supervisor rolewithin a Bistro, restaurant or premium hospitality environment
n
Experience within a4–5 star hotel, club or resorthighly regarded
n
Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
n
A confident, hands‐onleadership stylewith a focus on team development
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine passion for hospitality
n
Flexibility to work a rotating7‐day roster, including evenings and weekends
n
n
