Job Description
We are seeking a Systems & Platform Engineer to support the infrastructure and technical platforms that underpin OTS/ODS services.
n
This position provides support across Windows Server, Ubuntu Linux, SQL Server, MariaDB, Proxmox virtualisation, monitoring systems, backup platforms and tablet management technologies.

Key responsibilities
n

Investigate and resolve technical platform issues
n
Support Windows and Linux server environments
n
Maintain SQL Server and MariaDB platforms
n
Support virtualisation environments and infrastructure services
n
Assist with monitoring, backup and recovery activities
n
Support tablet management and endpoint platforms
n
Contribute to service improvements and platform reliability
n
Deploy a variety of hardware to customer sites
n




Spare parts management
n
Device repairs - tablet and phones
n

About you
n
n
Experience supporting infrastructure platforms
n
Analogue Phone system knowledge advantageous
n
Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux
n
Understanding of databases and virtualisation technologies
n
Robust troubleshooting skills
n
