About the Job
n
This role is with a builder specialising in insurance work. You'll be responsible for attending homes affected by weather events, communicating with homeowners and managing insurance repairs from start to finish.
n
You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate online project records and reporting back to the insurance company to ensure works are documented correctly and the builder can be paid.
n
About You
n
The ideal candidate will have:

- A carpentry or similar trade background
n




- Previous experience in a supervisory role with an insurance builder
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- The ability to communicate confidently with homeowners, insurers and trades
n
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
- The ability to manage multiple projects and keep accurate records
n
