Pact Group is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead the HSE strategy across LFIP sites in Australia. You will partner with senior leaders to drive safety excellence, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement, shaping HSE governance and capability uplift.
Reporting to the General Manager, LFIP, you will lead risk management in critical areas, coach site leaders, and deliver explicit HSE reporting to senior leaders while building a proactive safety culture.
